Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- Unworn or unused (for new items)
- With original tags and packaging

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receive and contact us immediately if:
- The item is defective or damaged (If the item has been used, it can only be returned if its condition was not disclosed during live selling.)
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
