If you want to pay via credit card please contact us so we can create credit card invoice for you. 

We have a 5-day policy, which means that if you don’t pay within 5 days of receiving the invoice, your item will be subject to re-live.

Please be reminded to check the account number at all times, as scammers are everywhere, and the company will not be liable if you get scammed.

Return Policy

 

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have three days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that not all items are eligible for return—review the return policy details below.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition as when you received it
• Unworn or unused (for new items)
• With original tags and packaging

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact us via Messenger or email.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return label.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receive and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective or damaged (If the item has been used, it can only be returned if its condition was not disclosed during live selling.)
• You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
